Simple plans with clear deliverables

Every plan includes captions and calls to action, a monthly content calendar, scheduling of approved content, the Viraluna client portal and a monthly activity summary. Plans differ by volume and variety: Starter €200/month for 16 posts, Growth €350/month for 24 posts, Premium €500/month for 40 posts. Growth and Premium add Reels/short-form edits and Stories in amounts confirmed in your written offer.

A “post” is one approved content item — a single feed post, carousel or Reel. Cross-posting the same item to your agreed platforms counts as one post. Stories and Reels allowances are set separately in your written offer.

We agree your platforms when you sign up — usually Instagram and Facebook, with TikTok, LinkedIn or Google Business Profile available depending on your business. The included platforms are listed in your written offer.

Growth and Premium include a set number of Reels/short-form edits and Stories each month, stated in your written offer. Starter focuses on feed content. We’ll recommend the right mix for your business.

Every post appears in your portal before it goes live. You can approve it or request changes with a note. If we change a post after you approve it, it comes back to you for approval again — nothing is published without your sign-off on the exact version.

Yes — that’s how it works best. Upload photos, videos and documents in the portal and share offers or events with a simple form. We turn them into posts. Uploads are never published automatically.

Not in the monthly plans, which are built mainly from the photos and videos you supply. On-site filming and photography is available as an add-on — ask us for a price.

Daily community management isn’t included as standard, but it’s available as an add-on within agreed hours — ask us for a price.

Ads aren’t part of the monthly plans, but paid ads management is available as an add-on. Ad spend is always paid separately, directly to the platform.

New clients pay 50% of the standard plan price for their first service month (Starter €100, Growth €175, Premium €250). The deliverables are the same as a normal month. From the second month the standard or agreed rate applies. It isn’t free, and the dates are stated in your offer.

It’s optional. Month 1 is half price, then months 2–12 are 20% off the standard price — the two discounts aren’t stacked further. For example, Starter totals €1,860 over 12 months. It’s paid monthly unless agreed otherwise, and the commitment, cancellation and renewal terms are written clearly in your agreement.

There’s no online checkout. Once we agree your plan, we issue a factura and you pay by bank transfer, card through a certified terminal/provider, or cash where accepted and lawful. Prices shown exclude IVA. We never ask for or store card numbers on this website.

Monthly plans can be cancelled with the notice period set out in your service terms. 12-month agreements follow the cancellation terms in the agreement, which we explain before you sign.

Your portal is private to your business. Files are stored in private storage and shared only through short-lived secure links. Each business’s data is isolated at the database level, our team uses two-factor authentication, and we never ask for your social media passwords in forms.
