Which shop platform do you use?
We recommend the platform that fits your products, budget and plans — from proven hosted platforms to a fully custom build — and explain the running costs clearly before you decide.
Can my shop sync with my till or booking system?
Often, yes. Many point-of-sale and booking systems can share stock, products and orders with your shop. We check this during the discovery stage.
Do I need a social media plan to use Viraluna Studio?
No. Studio projects are sold separately, so you can hire us just for a website, an online shop, an app, branding, SEO & GEO, ads or AI work.
How are Studio projects priced?
Each project gets a fixed written quote based on its scope, usually paid in stages — for example a deposit to start and the rest on launch. Prices exclude VAT.
How will I follow progress?
In your private Viraluna portal. We post updates and previews there, and you approve each stage or ask for changes.
